1 Day Excursions

With Archipelago Adventure, you will also have the opportunity of taking one-day 'discovery' excursions, in Bali, with off-road Suzuki DR 650 trail bikes through little village roads.

Our itinerary has been especially designed to allow you to discover Bali's secrets while spending an unforgettable day on motorbikes.

We will be riding along very smooth tracks, in the middle of rice-fields, offering an astonishing panoramic view of the island of the gods' mountains and volcanoes.

Program of our one-day motorbike excursion:

We will be departing quite early (7am) towards mount Batur riding through the countryside just barely bathed in the dawn's sunlight, ideal for photos. We will regain the volcanoes caldera and will take the time to stop and have some coffee at a little restaurant that offers a magnificent view on the old crater. We will then follow a small, winding road in between the volcano and the breath-taking lake, before heading back down through the forest to a little restaurant for a well-deserved meal.

We might have the luck of assisting to one of the many Balinese ceremonies that are always a colourful and original must see in Bali.

In the afternoon we will be riding through coffee and cocoa plantations. You will also have the possibility of visiting a beautiful temple that is on our way. After that it's off towards Ubud, the island's cultural capital, inhabited by many painters, sculptors and more artists.

The day and journey will end on a spectacular and memorable sunset into the rice-fields that you're not ready to forget.
